Alrighty folks, as some of you may have known, I've been practically obsessed with finding out who or when they were going to license Ouran. Well, Funimation announced at Comic-Con this year that they've got the rights to Ouran High School Host Club. Yup, there it is. They've got it. They better do a damn good job at dubbing this one or fans (like myself) will be utterly and undeniably, extremely pissed off. But lately, their dubs have been very good (compared to a heapload of others) and their Tsubasa dub wasn't bad at all, so I have held hope in these people for a while. What gets me the most is the fact that they didn't annouce this at Anime Expo, where they would've gotten a much more huge response (a lot of other people wonder this as well). BUT, I did ask the manager of the marketing that Funi does and he had said that no one had it yet, but they were trying their damned hardest to get it. My explanation is that they probably didn't have it officially, and they weren't going to risk it by saying that they had it when they didn't really know. Anyway, it's either time to celebrate, or time to suffocate yourself. As for myself, I don't know what to do, I'm still getting over the shock.
